Our café menu runs all day. Our bar menu opens when the sun goes down. Both are built on the same promise: nothing artificial, nothing rushed.

Espresso & Americano

Single or double shot, pulled from our rotating house blend. Smooth, full-bodied, and never bitter. Americano prepared with filtered water at the perfect temperature.

Hand-Poured Latte

Double espresso, steamed milk, finished with microfoam. Available in vanilla, caramel, or hazelnut — or plain, the way nature intended. Oat and almond milk on request.

Cappuccino

Equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and velvety foam. Served in a pre-warmed cup with a dusting of cocoa on the weekends.

Cold Brew

Nitro Cold Brew

Steeped 20 hours, infused with nitrogen for a creamy, stout-like pour. Naturally sweet, zero added sugar. Served black or over ice.

Matcha & Chai

Ceremonial-grade matcha whisked to order, or a spiced chai made from whole tea leaves and warming spices. Both available hot or iced with your choice of milk.

Small-Batch Gelato

Churned every morning in half-gallon batches. Current flavors rotate weekly — ask about today's selection. Served as a single or double scoop, in a cup or cone.

Affogato

A double shot of our house espresso poured over a scoop of vanilla gelato. Simple, elegant, and the perfect bridge between coffee and dessert.

Iced Mocha

Espresso, chocolate, and cold milk over ice, topped with whipped cream. Rich without being heavy — the kind of drink that makes Tuesday feel like Friday.

Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade

Hand-squeezed lemons, filtered water, and a touch of cane sugar. Available summer through fall. Muddled berry and cucumber versions rotate with the seasons.

Bourbon, house-made bitters, a hint of molasses, and a flame-kissed orange peel. Our homage to the Kansas tradition of doing things the right way.
